Soft M&M Cookies
Change these up with the seasons - Valentine M&Ms, 4th of July, multi-colored, Chocolate Pudding with Peanut Butter M&Ms in the fall, Chocolate pudding with mint M&Ms - the possibilities are endless!
2C flour
1 3.5oz. box vanilla instant pudding
1/2tsp baking soda
1C softened butter
1C packed brown sugar
2 eggs
12oz. pkg M&Ms
1C chopped nuts (optional)
Combine flour, pudding mix, and baking soda and set aside. In a large bowl, combine butter and brown sugar; beat until creamy and smooth. Beat in eggs. Gradually beat in flour mixture. Stir in candy and nuts. Drop slightly rounded tablespoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheets. Bake at 350 degrees for 10-12 minutes.
